The softest and most comfortable sex toys Enjox makes don't happen by accident. Here is the design story behind them, and what our approach does for the comfort and pleasure you feel.
The mission behind Enjox is a smart sex toy that feels perfect in the hand and does its job well. Design work began with a survey: we asked dozens of enthusiasts what shapes pleasure most when a toy is in use. The usual guesses are size, vibration and noise. The survey said otherwise: what the answers pointed to was pain from hard materials, which does more damage to enjoyment than any other factor. Softness therefore became the design target for every smart adult toy we make.
A feather-soft vibrator is close to essential in our view, beginners above all. You get to concentrate on what the toy is actually giving you, rather than battling pain and discomfort.
What follows should give you a picture of how the softest Enjox toys get made.
Traditional sex toys
Most traditional toys put silicone on the surface. They still read as hard under the fingers, and the limits of how they have to be built explain why: a rigid plastic frame inside carries the structure, wrapped in a soft silicone shell. Think of bone under skin. That outer layer is fairly thin, so the plastic beneath it is easy to feel. Press hard in the heat of the moment and discomfort follows, sometimes pain, which takes a large bite out of the pleasure.

Enjox sex toys
Ours come out softer than the traditional kind, and the process behind them is the reason. Chasing skin-silk softness, we compared one production method against another until a better one emerged. Toys built that way behave like skin to the touch, even under vigorous use, and they leave the skin comfortable. Comfort like that shapes the whole experience.
Liquid medical silicone
Anything touching human skin has to be 100% safe and dependable. Enjox settled on medical-grade liquid silicone that carries RoHS certification. You'll find that same material in baby products and in breast implants. The material is environmentally friendly and odorless, and it delivers softness, strong shock absorption, and tensile strength well beyond the usual: the combination that keeps use comfortable and safe.

Fully encapsulated technology
Materials are half of it; the way we build the toy is where Enjox differs most. A special process of ours removes the "skeleton" from inside the toy — that hard plastic frame is gone completely. What replaces it is "muscle", built up through our fully encapsulated silicone process. No cheap PVC plastic goes in: the whole toy is liquid silicone, the expensive kind. Bone plus skin became muscle plus skin, and the softness follows naturally. Testers in the first user batch described the feel as skin-like, and comfort improved by a wide margin. Technically that encapsulation process is hard: yield sat at only 60% in the beginning, and continuous improvement has pushed it past 95% now.

Conclusion
A sex toy, in our view, is more than a vibrating device. What matters more is soul, and a touch that feels human. Enjox will keep exploring and refining — chasing the softest sex toys possible, yes, but also fusing intelligence with sex technology so everyone gets to enjoy smart sex. Softness is where that starts.
